Chip Pan Fire - Chip Pan left unattended on too high a setting - Oil boils - Smoke activates AntiFlame Active Alarm, system immediately cuts off the fuel source (gas, electric, heating oil). Chip Pan Oil starts to cool down before its explosive flash point is reached. A potentially lethal Chip Pan fire is prevented.
Gas Boiler Failure - Gas boiler leaks lethal toxic carbon monoxide in to a property whilst the residents are asleep. AntiFlame Active Alarm detects this and immediately shuts off the gas supply to the boiler.
